DONNIE BAIN

I’ve worked in the trucking industry for most of my adult life. Throughout the various roles I have been fortunate enough to hold, there has been a recurring issue. Getting trucks or equipment moved was always harder than it needed to be, and it came with subpar service. I vowed to change the process, the experience, and most importantly, the reliability.

I also hold a commercial driver’s license (CDL) and have firsthand experience driving the trucks we move. I know what it’s like behind the wheel, and that experience shapes how I approach each move and support our driver partners.

The relationships I’ve cultivated along the way are what continue to fuel our business. I believe that my customers know that no one will work harder for them. If given the opportunity, I am confident you will quickly feel the same way.

Founder / Internal Accounting

CHELSI BAIN

Since 2019, I have been growing more and more into this role. I handle our internal accounting, making sure our partners get paid and that we get paid, too.

Many of the challenges I see our industry faced with can be overcome by hard work, attention to detail, and most importantly, communication. I think our customers continue to choose us because they value our hard work, integrity, and character.

I look forward to many more years of continuing to help our customers reach their goals. One truck at a time!

JADAN LINDQUIST

Jadan comes to BTL from the fuel industry, where he handled new business development and on-site setups. His focus was making sure each customer received superior service and the job was done right.

He brings that same determination to dispatch. Eager to learn our industry and make a name for himself, Jadan has an unmatched desire to succeed. We see a future industry leader in him, and we’re proud to have him building that future with BTL.

Operations & Service Support

MATT BROWN

Matt comes from the vac truck world. A master mechanic with years of technical schooling and hands-on experience, he is an absolute wizard at keeping this equipment up and running.

Matt also holds a commercial driver’s license (CDL) and has firsthand experience driving these trucks. He understands the equipment from both the mechanic’s bay and the driver’s seat.

That deep equipment knowledge brings a valuable perspective to dispatch. Matt understands what our customers operate, the challenges they face, and what this industry expects—because he’s lived it throughout his working career.
